Owen Harper (1980-2009) performed medical and dissection duties for the Torchwood Three team. Moody and forthright, Harper wasn't slow to show his dissatisfaction with Jack Harkness' decisions.

Owen is from Torchwood. He's not mine. Burn isn't either. Muse and mun are both over 18.
canon!Owen (or as canon as he can get): He died, and somehow he slipped through a rift in time, looking for where he fits in and feels at home. He'll follow all through canon. Dying has knocked a little sense into his head. made him realize time is too short to be an ass all the time.
Immortal!Owen: This Owen is fully AU from when Jack used the glove on him, like Gwen and Suzie there was a connection. Owen finds himself like Jack unable to die and is trying to deal with it. It's not as cool as he thought when he dies and the pain. Won't deal with him often.
